Swap Pro respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to delete your account, what data is removed, and what information we may retain after deletion.

Delete Your Account In the App

You can delete your account directly from the Swap Pro mobile app:

  1. Open the Swap Pro app and sign in to your account.
  2. Go to ProfileSettings.
  3. Scroll to Account and tap Delete Account.
  4. Review the information about what will be deleted and any active obligations.
  5. Confirm your password and tap Permanently Delete Account.

Note: You cannot delete your account while you have an active swap request, a scheduled hub meeting, or an unresolved dispute. Please complete or cancel pending swaps before requesting deletion.

Request Deletion by Email

If you are unable to access the app, you may request account deletion by emailing us. Include the email address or phone number associated with your account so we can verify your identity.
